People always ask me for my vision statement.  After pondering that question awhile, I came up with this:  I am driven to excellence in representing buyers and/or, sellers in the purchase or sale of real estate. Owner & Operator of Hull AZ Homes – Staging, Redesign & Project Management Services. Due to multiple requests from Realtors and property managers to handle these types of things that I had been doing as an employee for over 25 years, I decided to get the accreditation needed to start my own business to fill in the areas that most property management companies don’t handle.  With so many out of area owners needing someone to oversee the maintenance of their homes to make sure contracted services were being handled, I opened for business last November 2021 under Hull AZ Homes and started to work with all of licensed contractors and other vendors I have been working with for over 25 years.

Management Experience: Marketing, Hospitality Manager, Senior Independent Retirement Community Executive Director, Five Star/Gold Crown Resort General Manager, Accounting/Financial Management, Experienced as a Comptroller.

From 2012 – 2018 as General Manager/Executive Director at Holiday Retirement Communities in Grand Junction, CO, our team had taken the occupancy from a low of 70% to 100 % in just a few months. In order to improve our occupancy, I handled the complete restaging of models, common areas & lobbies of two communities in Grand Junction, CO

As a Realtor since 2004: I have been a multi-million dollar producer for sales representing both buyers & sellers.  Since opening my staging, redesign & project management business, I now offer the staging as part of my listing agreement and will work with the owners to do a walk through inspection to discuss what needs to be done in order to put their property at the top for first impressions and top selling price for the size & location of the property. I also have recently added the rCRM( Realtor Certified Risk Management agent) designation to my list of real estate designations which include CDPE (Certified Destressed Property Expert), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). AHSP (Accredited Homes Staging Professional & member of International Home Staging Professional)

Vacation Property Quality Control  Specialist, I have taken on over 125 vacation rental properties to help manage as a team at Foothills Property management for last 5 year. I have personally taken on doing annual inspections and sharing important update & risk management issues with the property owners, many of whom have hired me to overseen updating projects at their homes.

insights with the owners to help maintain their homes and improve guest experience thus raising their visitor scores with Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway & other booking websites in the vacation rental properties industry. Many have used my recommendations to improve occupancy goals for their properties which has increased their income potential. We always try to advise owners to prevent risk management claims. I have also personally staged several of our vacation rentals & help owners to update older properties by consulting with them after a complete home inspection.

I work with a team of various licensed contractors & subcontractors & vendors that are professionals in their various fields of expertise.  They are licensed with the state of AZ & insured/bonded if required for that field. Let me know how I can assist you with your property project needs.

Personal Information:  I have been married to Ken Hull since 7/9/1983.  Between us we have 5 adult children and 12 grandchildren.  A Missouri girl born and raised, attended Three Rivers Community College & Arkansas State University and took a employment relocation to Arizona in 1997.  We love this state and all of the special things that are here to enjoy.
