I purchased a home in Cottonwood, Arizona. From the very first moment, Gina was my go to person. She took care of every single need I had, with tremendous knowledge and expertise. She knows many vendors and can take care of anything that’s needed for a client.

From staging to cleaning to repair, she made sure that my home looked great and stayed great.

Though there are other people in my vacation rental property management office, I do not trust anyone to take care of me like Gina does. I recommend her 100% and more for any of your needs.

She has taken care of hiring and scheduling workers to do various projects and even handled a large water damage project with the various contractors to stay on schedule. All this while she was restaging the interior & replacing older furnishings with newer more upscale furnishings. She lined up my various ongoing vendors for future maintenance of the home & landscaping. Vendors like cleaner, handyman, landscaper, pest control including rodents, everything to handle my home as if it was her own. I trust her to continue to oversee my home in my absence. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been able to work with Gina Hull in preparing our home in Sedona, Arizona for short term rental. She was enormously helpful to me in selecting the furniture for our new, never lived in home, and in making sure that someone was at the home for deliveries and set up of the furniture, since I live in Illinois. Gina did an outstanding job staging the furniture and adding those special touches that make each room look its best.

She also provided us with great ideas for the outside of our home and how we could cost effectively make that area better as well, helping us to find the right person to do the work we needed at reasonable rates. Gina advised me on the details of what we needed to stock in the home for our guests, and, at my request, acquired these items for me at excellent prices. She also determined the best places to store these essentials in the house, sending me photos of what she had purchased, and where she had placed them.

Getting a new, never lived in, home ready for short term rental very quickly can be very stressful. Fortunately for me, my stress level (I am a worrier by nature) was greatly reduced because I could count on Gina Hull’s knowledge of what needed to be done, her professionalism, taste, judgment, and dependability. I also very much enjoyed working with Gina because of her positive attitude, sense of humor, and friendliness. The short-term rental is going well and I was able to enjoy celebratory cocktails with Gina on my deck last winter break while my family and I vacationed in our vacation home away from home in Sedona!

I recently bought property that needed a total makeover from flooring, new furniture, even backyard paving work. Gina was fantastic and is very talented as a stager!

I live out of state so Gina would shop at multiple stores and had no problem working within my budget. She would give me her professional opinion to help me narrow down my style yet still allow me to make the final decisions. A huge bonus to working with Gina is she has multiple contacts she's worked with for years so you're sure to get professional companies for your contracting work. I have to say, beginning to end it was an absolute pleasure working with Gina. She is a top notch professional with a great personality. She is easy to talk to and wow, my place looks spectacular!! I can't recommend her enough!
